公共事业管理专业在我国已有十几年的发展历史,但到目前为止全国高校在其发展方向方面仍然没有统一的认识,这与其发展中存在的问题是有关系的:如专业发展方向模糊,学生、教师和社会对本专业认识、认可不够,专业师资力量不够,毕业生出路不清等问题。究其原因,教师专业知识和技能不足首当其冲,对此,我们应该站在战略的高度,用战略的眼光的看待和发展该专业。以洛阳师范学院为例,我们可以暂停办专业将老师安排至各国各处培训,修订人才培养方案、加大实习力度等战略性措施来推进公共事业管理专业的发展。
Public administration has a history of over ten years in our country, but so far there is still no unified understanding about the direction of development of higher education in our country, which is related to the problems in its development. For example, if the direction of professional development is vague, Students, teachers and the community on this professional understanding, recognition is not enough, lack of professional teachers, graduates misunderstanding and other issues. The reason, teachers bear the brunt of professional knowledge and skills, which, we should stand on the strategic level, with a strategic vision and development of the profession. Taking Luoyang Normal University as an example, we can suspend the professional arrangements for teachers to train all over the country, revising talent cultivation programs and intensifying internship and other strategic measures to promote the development of public service management major.
