研究了新开发的轧辊用高碳高速钢系合金的 K_(1C)值、弯曲强度、压缩强度。结果表明,这类合金具有优良的力学性能和 K_(1C)值,同高铬铸铁相比 K_(1C)值高约40%~200%。随碳量增加,K_(1C)值、弯曲强度明显下降,压缩强度下降不明显;钒含量增加上述性能均增加。回火温度升高,弯曲强度、压缩强度下降,K_(1C)值升高;回火次数增加,弯曲强度下降,K_(1C)值升高,压缩强度几乎不变。材料的断裂属脆性断裂,碳含量低时为准解理断裂;碳含量高时为解理断裂。
The K_ (1C) value, flexural strength and compressive strength of newly developed high carbon high speed steel alloy for roll are studied. The results show that these alloys have excellent mechanical properties and K 1 C value, which is about 40% ~ 200% higher than that of high chromium cast iron. With the increase of carbon content, the value of K_ (1C), the bending strength obviously decreased, but the compressive strength did not decrease obviously. The content of vanadium increased the above properties. The tempering temperature increases, the bending strength and compressive strength decrease, K_ (1C) value increases; the tempering times increase, the flexural strength decreases, K_ (1C) value increases, the compressive strength almost does not change. Fracture material is a brittle fracture, low carbon content is expected to cleavage fracture; high carbon content for the cleavage fracture.
