研究了应用稠油出砂冷采技术对地层原油含有溶解气的各类疏松砂岩稠油油藏进行冷采 ,以获得较高的原油产量的技术 .施工中对稠油井采用强力射孔技术和设计精良的螺杆泵系统 ,通过以砂带油方式开采稠油 ,实现稠油冷采 ;在河南油田得了较好的效果 .单井产量一般可达 3~ 5 0 t/d,是常规降压开采的数十倍至数百倍 ,日产油比蒸汽吞吐提高 1~ 3倍 ,采收率一般可达 8%~ 2 0 % .稠油出砂冷采技术对地层原油中含有溶解气的疏松砂岩稠油油藏具有广泛的适应性 .将出砂冷采技术应用于低周期蒸汽吞吐井中 ,进一步拓宽了稠油出砂冷采技术应用领域
