目的探讨妇科术后院内感染的原因及护理对策。方法对妇科手术后发生院内感染的123例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析患者的年龄分布、院内感染发生部位及与手术方式的关系

目的探讨妇科术后院内感染的原因及护理对策。方法对妇科手术后发生院内感染的123例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析患者的年龄分布、院内感染发生部位及与手术方式的关系。结果 123例患者中40～50岁的患者构成比明显高于其他年龄段的患者（P〈0.01）;腹部切口的发生率为52.8%,与其他部位感染的发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;开腹手术后发生院内感染的发生率为54.5%,明显高于其他手术方式（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论应加强院内感染的管理,合理使用抗生素,从多环节入手,有效降低院内感染
