工程是人类进行的一种造物活动,随着科学技术的进步和发展,应用和创造性地集成新的科学技术进行造物活动,创造了一个又一个奇迹。在造物活动的过程中和后期结果上,为了达到要求需要创造性的工程创新。本文阐述了工程创新的界定,从微观、中观和宏观的角度讨论了工程创新如何突破,说明了加强对工程的层次与水平问题的研究有利于在工程创新中提供方向和突破,分析了工程创新三层次与和谐发展的关系,具有一定的参考价值。
Engineering is a kind of creation activity carried out by mankind. With the progress and development of science and technology, it has created miracles one after another by applying and creatively integrating new science and technology for creation activities.
