日前从北京市发改委了解到,北京市启动试点开展绿色低碳循环园区建设,探索形成一套可复制、可推广的发展路径。目前在北京经济技术开发区先行先试,示范带动全市园区走绿色低碳循环发展道路。北京市发改委相关负责人表示,2015年全市万元GDP能耗、二氧化碳排放预计分别下降6.1%和6.5%左右。2015年全市万元GDP能耗约0.3吨标准煤(现价),能源利用效率位居全国省级地区首位。
Recently, Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission learned that Beijing has started pilot projects to build a green and low-carbon recycling zone and explored a set of development paths that can be replicated and promoted. At present, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone first pilot, demonstrating the city’s green belt driving the development of low-carbon cycle. Relevant person in charge of Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission said that in 2015 the city’s yuan GDP energy consumption, carbon dioxide emissions are expected to drop by 6.1% and 6.5% respectively. In 2015, the city’s energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of GDP is about 0.3 tons of standard coal (current price), and its energy efficiency ranks first in the provincial level in China.
