巴西外贸委员会2004年12月13日召开第35次会议,决定对玩具进口继续实施贸易保障措施,该决定自2004年12月31 日生效,有效期1年半。自1996年开始,巴西对玩具进口实施贸易保障措施,以保护巴西本国的玩具工业。巴西政府曾在2003年12月31日决定, 于2004年1月1日起至2004年12月31日继续对玩具进口实施贸易保障措施,并对玩具领域进行调查。
The Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission held its 35th meeting on December 13, 2004 and decided to continue implementing trade safeguard measures on the import of toys. The decision, effective December 31, 2004, will be valid for one and a half years. Since 1996, Brazil has implemented trade safeguards on the import of toys to protect the domestic toy industry in Brazil. The Brazilian government decided on December 31, 2003 to continue implementing trade safeguard measures on toy imports from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004, and to investigate the toy industry.
