随着粗放型经济时代的结束,创新型经济已成为我国经济发展的一个鲜明而强烈的主题。民营高科技企业作为创新型经济的主力军,近年来迅速发展,已成为推动宏观经济持续增长的重要动力之一。由于民营高科技企业从事的一般都是由高等院校、科研院所科研成果的物化工作,企业的发展为高校毕业生提供大量的就业机会,同时对学生也提出了更高的要求。如何把握这一机遇,做好高校的就业工作,成为我们高校工作者需要关注的问题。
With the end of the extensive economic era, the innovative economy has become a distinct and intense theme of our economic development. As the main force of the innovative economy, the private high-tech enterprises have developed rapidly in recent years and have become one of the major driving forces for promoting the sustained growth of the macroeconomy. As private high-tech enterprises are generally engaged in the materialization of scientific research achievements by universities and research institutes, the development of enterprises provides a large number of employment opportunities for college graduates, and also puts forward higher requirements on students. How to seize this opportunity to do a good job of employment in colleges and universities has become a problem that our university workers need to pay attention to.
