目的了解应城市居民户食用碘盐情况,为制定消除碘缺乏病防治措施提供科学依据。方法按照《湖北省碘盐监测方案》的要求,2012年共抽取居民户食用盐样品688份,采用国家标准G B/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法进行定量检测。结果688份样品,合格碘盐640,合格率为93.02%,非碘盐样品5份,非碘盐率为0.73%,结论我市居民户食用盐的加碘情况虽然达到了国家消除碘缺乏病碘盐食用率大于90%的标准,但是使用非碘盐的现象还依然存在,建议职能部门应加大监督力度,保证居民都能食用合格的碘盐。“,” Objective] to understand the situation of iodized salt should be in Yingcheng city [Residents] to make the elimination of iodine deficiency disease prevention and control measures and provide a scientific basis.
