目的 :评价阿奇霉素粉针剂对下呼吸道感染的疗效及其安全性。方法 :对 12 0例住院治疗的下呼吸道感染患者 ,随机分组 ,治疗组 :阿奇霉素粉针剂 2 5 0mg ,静滴 ,qd ,疗程 5～ 7d ;对照组 :红霉素粉针剂 1g ,静滴 ,qd ,疗程 5～7d。结果 :治疗组用药后临床症状明显改善 ,与对照组相比 ,疗效有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。治疗组细菌清除率为83 33% ,对照组为 31.2 5 % ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组不良反应率为 13.3% ,对照组为 6 1.7%。结论 :阿奇霉素的临床疗效、细菌清除率和安全性均明显优于红霉素。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of azithromycin powder injection for lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: One hundred and twenty patients with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group (azithromycin injection 250mg, intravenous drip, qd for 5 ~ 7d), control group (erythromycin injection 1g, intravenous drip, qd, treatment 5 ~ 7d. Results: The clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment, with significant differences (P <0. 01) compared with the control group. The bacterial clearance rate was 83 33% in the treatment group and 31.2 5% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The adverse reaction rate was 13.3% in the treatment group and 61.7% in the control group. Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of azithromycin, bacterial clearance and safety are significantly better than erythromycin.
