楤木属(Aralia)一些植物从50年代末发现具有人参样作用,而受到人们的重视。作者对云南产楤木属植物楤木(Aralia chinensis L.)进行化学成分的提取分离研究。楤木粗粉用热乙醇-水(80:20)回流提取,得粗皂甙浸膏,继用乙醇-水-硫酸(70:25:5)水解,得油状物A、混晶部分B、水溶液部分C.B用氯仿提取,从氯仿溶部分经硅胶桂层析,得油状液Ⅰ、结晶Ⅱ、结晶Ⅲ;氯仿不溶部分经硅胶桂层析得结晶Ⅳ、结晶Ⅳ经熔点,薄层层析、质谱、红外光谱测定,与标准品齐敦果酸对照基本一致,鉴定为齐敦果酸、结晶Ⅱ、结晶Ⅲ基本骨架为齐敦果烯类型,结构待定。
Some plants in Aralia have been found to have ginseng-like effects since the late 1950s, and they have attracted people’s attention. The authors studied the extraction and separation of chemical constituents of Aralia chinensis L. from Yunnan. The eucalyptus coarse powder is extracted by hot ethanol-water (80:20) reflux to obtain crude saponin extract, followed by hydrolysis with ethanol-water-sulfuric acid (70:25:5) to obtain oily substance A, mixed crystal portion B, and aqueous solution. Part of the CB was extracted with chloroform and the chloroform-soluble fractions were chromatographed on silica gel to give an oily solution I, crystalline II, and crystalline III; the chloroform-insoluble fraction was chromatographed on silica gel to obtain crystal IV, crystalline IV, melting point, thin layer chromatography, mass spectrometry , IR spectrometry, and the standard product of citronamic acid control basically the same, identified as citron acid, crystal II, crystal III basic skeleton for the type of Qidon fruit, structure to be determined.
