Jiangsu Zhengda Construction Co., Ltd. was renamed from the merger of the former Jiangyan Fifth Construction & Installation Engineering Company and the deepening reform of Jiangsu Zhengda Construction & Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. Looking back at the history of restructuring and looking forward to the development prospects, we deeply understand the implementation of the property rights reform of construction companies and the operating system of innovative construction companies.
