我国的公路(尤其是高速公路)、机场以及城市建设近年来发展很快,随之带来了大量的沥青混凝土路面的维修、翻修或道路改建工程,由此产生了大量的已经老化的废旧沥青混凝土。有资料显示,北京每年清除的废旧沥青混合料在10多万t以上,广东省高速公路平均每年产生的废旧沥青混合料将超过150万t。这些废旧沥青混含料被当作垃圾处理,不仅浪费了资源而且污染了环境。因此再生沥青混合料的和甩已成为当前很迫切的问题,此举不仅能有效减少大修路面沉重的经济负担,还可维护生态环境。
