采用盆栽和大田相结合的办法,研究柴胡的氮磷钾吸收特性。结果表明,在大田条件下,柴胡对氮、磷、钾元素的需求量顺序为钾>氮>磷,一年生柴胡每生产100kg干根,需吸收N11.77kg、P2O52.43kg、K2O14.07kg;二年生柴胡每生产100kg干根,需吸收N12.11kg、P2O52.74kg、K2O18.39kg。一年生和两年生柴胡吸收的N∶P2O5∶K2O分别为4.89∶1∶5.85和4.31∶1∶6.55。第一年柴胡吸收的氮、磷、钾总量较少,但地上地下部的相对含量都较高,对养分需求较迫切,而第二年返青至拔节末期为植株氮、磷、钾素积累的高峰期。柴胡各生育期体内氮、磷、钾比例差异较大。
