快速可卸螺母广泛应用于各种工装夹具机构。这里介绍几种多种用途的快速可卸螺母。 1.图1快速可卸螺母由外壳4和螺母1组成,螺母1开有通槽2,当需把螺母快速卸下时,只要把外壳向上移动离开螺母,开口螺母就可从螺拴一侧卸开。 2.图2所示为摆动式螺母,可以摆动的半螺母用销轴4装在螺母体1上。当摆动半螺母的底部与被连接物面接触时,与螺母体成为整体螺母旋合紧固。若欲卸下螺母,只需稍加旋动,将摆动半螺母脱开即可快速卸下。
