一、前言分配式喷油泵(以下简称分配油泵),由一个分配转子内的对置柱塞挤压产生高压油,以旋转分配的方式经分配套筒定时定量地供给各个气缸。分配油泵主要应用于中小型柴油机,早期多见于拖拉机和工程机械,现在已使用到中、轻型载重汽车上。分配油泵的优点是结构紧凑,精密偶件数目少,体积小,重量轻。其零件总数不随发动机缸数的增加而显著增加,产品通用系列化程度较高;在结构上具有独特的怠速加浓装置,低述运转平稳;燃料经济性好;各缸供油量和相位均匀性由零件制造公差保证,不存在校准 I.
