通过对曲轴刚度进行理论计算与用ANSYS分析得到的结果比较,得出两者结果基本一致,说明有限元分析的正确性。对曲轴进行了模态分析,得到曲轴的前5阶固有频率,由分析结果知曲轴结构强度安全可靠,工作频率远低于曲轴的各阶固有频率,所以曲轴因振动引起破坏的可能性很小。研究分析结果为冲床的优化设计提供了有价值的理论依据。
Through the theoretical calculation of crankshaft stiffness and ANSYS analysis of the results obtained, the results were basically the same, indicating the correctness of finite element analysis. The crankshaft was modeled and the first five natural frequencies of the crankshaft were obtained. From the analysis results, it was found that the strength of the crankshaft structure was safe and reliable, and the operating frequency was much lower than the inherent frequencies of crankshaft. Therefore, the crankshaft was less likely to be damaged by vibration . The research results provide a valuable theoretical basis for the optimization design of punch press.
