目的 :探讨痉挛型脑瘫患儿甲襞微循环的变化。方法 :用国产XG -8多媒体多功能微循环检测仪 ,观测选择性脊神经后根切断术 (SPR)治疗脑瘫手术前后微循环的变化。结果 :手术后患儿甲襞微循环较手术前有明显改善。结论 :选择性脊神经后根切断能改善肢体的微循环。
Objective: To investigate the changes of formazan microcirculation in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods: The home-made XG-8 multi-media microcirculation detector was used to observe the changes of microcirculation in patients with cerebral palsy before and after selective posterior rhizotomy (SPR). Results: After operation, the rate of nailfold microcirculation in children was significantly improved compared with that before operation. Conclusion: Selective posterior rhizotomy of the spinal nerve can improve the microcirculation of the limbs.
