当前我国企业面临着治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序、加强宏观控制的新形势,肉类冷藏加工企业管理模式要进一步深化。作者对设立企业管理模式所应遵循的指导思想进行了探讨,分别对由生产型管理→生产经营型管理→经营生产型管理三种管理模式的特点及指导思想以列表形式进行比较说明。本文着重就生产经营型与经营生产型两种模式的指导思想作以比较,从中探求其指导思想转变之所在。
At present, our country’s enterprises are facing a new situation of managing the economic environment, rectifying the economic order, and strengthening macro control. The management mode of frozen meat processing enterprises must be further deepened. The author discusses the guiding ideology that should be followed when establishing a business management model, and compares the characteristics and guiding ideology of the three management models: production management, production management, and production management. This article focuses on the comparison of the guiding ideology of the production-operating model and the business-manufacturing model, and seeks for a change in its guiding ideology.
