成品油管道低洼处积水引起的腐蚀产物堵塞管道事故,严重威胁管道的正常运行。为研究管道中油携水作用机理,根据适用于油水两相共存于同一管路中的两流体模型,提出了水相厚度梯度的计算公式,对不同倾角管道中油流携带积水时水相界面的分布进行了理论分析,发现物性参数和管道倾角均能影响水相界面的分布,分析结果可以很好地指导实验方案的制定。实验中应记录油品的温升,进而确定物性的变化。另外,在管道倾角较小时,应减小倾角的变化量;管道倾角较大时,应增大倾角的变化量。
Corrosion products caused by the accumulation of water in the low-lying product pipeline block the pipeline accident and seriously threaten the normal operation of the pipeline. In order to study the action mechanism of oil carrying water in pipeline, the formula of thickness gradient of water phase is proposed according to the two fluid model which is suitable for oil and water coexisting in the same pipeline. When the oil flow in different dip pipe carries water, Distribution of the theoretical analysis and found that the physical properties of parameters and pipe inclination can affect the distribution of the water phase interface, the results of the analysis can guide the development of experimental programs. Experiment should record the temperature rise of oil, and then determine the change of physical properties. In addition, when the pipeline inclination is smaller, the variation of inclination should be reduced; when the pipeline inclination is larger, the variation of inclination should be increased.
