现代企业作为组织内部分工与外部网络化分工的综合体,伴随着组织架构的调整其激励模式的实践内容也会发生相应变化。企业研发人员在工作中,希望自己的成绩被团队所承认,并能得到团队赏识;企业研发人员期望通过自己的工作,最终获得自我价值的实现。无论激励模式在设计上如何优越,其都应满足两个要求:(1)满足“激励兼容”的要求;(2)满足企业组织资源承载限度的要求。
As a complex of internal division of labor and external network of division of labor in modern enterprises, the practice content of its incentive model will also change correspondingly with the adjustment of organizational structure. R & D personnel at work, I hope their achievements recognized by the team, and can be appreciated by the team; corporate R & D staff hope through their own work, and ultimately obtain the realization of self-worth. Regardless of how well the incentive model is designed, it should meet two requirements: (1) to meet the requirements of “incentive compatibility”; (2) to meet the requirements of the organization’s organizational resources.
