目的研究微型种植体支抗在正畸治疗过程中稳定性。方法 82例接受正畸治疗的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组给予非种植体强支抗治疗,观察组给予微型种植体支抗治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果 1观察组上中切牙倾角差、凸距差较对照组增加,磨牙移位较对照组减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组不良反应发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组的29.27%(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在正畸治疗过程具有较强的稳定性,提供良好的支抗及正畸作用,临床上值得推广。
Objective To study the stability of micro-implant anchorage during orthodontic treatment. Methods 82 cases of orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each. The control group was given non-implant reinforced therapy. The observation group was given mini-implant supportive therapy. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results 1 In the observation group, the difference of incisors’ incisors between the upper and the middle incisors was larger than that of the control group, and the displacement of molars was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 2 The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.88%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (29.27%, P <0.05). Conclusion Micro-implant anchors have strong stability during orthodontic treatment and provide good supportive and orthodontic effects. They are clinically worthy of promotion.
