用盐酸对汰头进行部分水解,水解产物用扫描电镜和XRD进行表征,并运用汰头材料对重金属铅离子的吸附性能进行研究。结果表明,盐酸对汰头进行部分水解后,汰头主体保持完整,表面微观形貌发生变化,比较粗糙且有不规则的微孔结构及少量的裂缝。吸附后,Pb~(2+)被吸附在汰头材料的微孔结构、细纹及裂缝中。盐酸处理不会改变汰头晶型,结构趋于无定形化。在100mL溶液中,吸附温度25℃、吸附时间20min、溶液p H 5.0、初始Pb~(2+)浓度为10mg/L、投入量0.2g的条件下,该盐酸水解汰头对Pb~(2+)有较强的吸附能力。用质量分数1%的盐酸溶液可快速洗脱吸附在汰头上的Pb~(2+),洗脱率达90%以上。
Hydrochloric acid was used to partially hydrolyze the capitals. The hydrolyzate was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and XRD. The adsorption properties of the heavy metal lead ions were studied by using the capitals. The results showed that after the hydrochloric acid partially hydrolyzed the capitals, the body of the capitals remained intact, the surface microscopic morphology changed, the roughened and irregular micropores and a few cracks were formed. After adsorption, Pb ~ (2+) is adsorbed on the pore structure, fine lines and cracks of the obturator. Hydrochloric acid treatment will not change the obscurus, the structure tends to be amorphous. Under the condition of the adsorption temperature of 25 ℃, the adsorption time of 20 min, the solution of p H 5.0, the initial Pb 2+ concentration of 10 mg / L and the input amount of 0.2 g, +) Has a strong adsorption capacity. With hydrochloric acid solution with mass fraction of 1%, the Pb 2+ adsorbed on the head can be quickly eluted and the elution rate reaches more than 90%.
