广州南方面粉厂是我市一家大型的现代化面粉加工企业,也是全国最大的五百家工业企业之一,现有职工千余人。1981年以来,该厂调整后的领导班子,坚持改革开放、以人为本,把调动和发挥干部职工的生产积极性作为搞好企业的根本,不断提高企业管理水平,改善工作条件,贯彻按劳分配原则,全厂呈现一派欣欣向荣的景象。1991年与1982年比较,产值增长1.8倍,利润增长3倍,固定资产增长4.7倍,职工人均收入增长5.1倍。步入先进
