为了探讨提高城市婴儿４个月纯母乳喂养率的干预措施，对武汉市某社区满４个月～１岁的婴儿的母乳喂养现状、影响坚持４个月母乳喂养的因素，以及婴儿母亲对母乳喂养的知识行为进行了调查分析。结果显示：该城区婴儿４个月纯母乳喂养率为５５．８１％，奶量不足和耽心奶量不足是导致添加代乳品的主要原因，３８．８３％的母亲对母乳喂养的知识掌握不全面。对产妇回家后母乳喂养行为的指导及母乳喂养正确观察的教育亟待加强。 In order to explore interventions to increase the rate of 4 months exclusive breastfeeding in urban infants, the status of breastfeeding in 4 months to 1 year old infants in a certain community in Wuhan affected the factors of 4 months of breastfeeding and the effect of infant mothers on breastfeeding Feeding knowledge and behavior were investigated.
