皮肌炎(DM)是以体内自身免疫性淋巴细胞功能亢进,引起皮肤肌肉细胞变性、坏死、液化为特征的全身性自身免疫性疾病,具体的病理机制不清。为探讨皮肌炎患者皮肤肌肉细胞的变性、坏死是否与细胞凋亡有关,本文采用末端脱氧核苷酰转移酶缺口末端标记法(TUNEL染色法)与常规HE染色法,对皮肌炎患者皮肤肌肉活检标本进行研究,观察皮肤肌肉的细胞凋亡现象。报告如下。
Dermatomyositis (DM) is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by hyperfunction of autoimmune lymphocytes in the body and causing degeneration, necrosis and liquefaction of skin muscle cells.
