本文运用ABAQUS的结构热分析模块对某机载光电系统光机座的环境适应性进行了数值仿真研究,并依据数值分析结果优选出光学基座的设计方案。最终设计方案三不仅重量可满足设计指标小于20kg;且满足机载高低温范围内,光学基座热形变满足系统设计要求小于0.2mm,强度安全。
In this paper, ABAQUS structural thermal analysis module is used to simulate the environmental adaptability of an optical base of an airborne optoelectronic system. Based on the numerical analysis results, the design of the optical base is optimized. The final design three not only the weight to meet the design requirements of less than 20kg; and to meet the airborne high temperature range, thermal deformation of the optical base to meet the system design requirements of less than 0.2mm, strength and safety.
