房地产市场正面临着由“卖方”市场悄然向“买方”市场的转变,商品房库存量增加,房地产市场“有价无市”的现状影响国民经济健康发展,“去库存”成为各级政府高度关注的问题。本文以重庆市垫江县房地产市场的兴衰为例,剖析了商品房大量库存的原因,“去库存”的难点、痛点,提出了改善“供给侧”结构改革、扩大需求、促进消费,供需两端发力“去库存”的对策建议,以此促进房地产市场持续、稳定、健康发展。
The real estate market is facing a shift from the “seller ” market to the “buyer ” market.
