中小学教师在职业认同与职业卷入方面呈现“低认同、高卷入”的“剪刀差”态势,从职业周期、学历、职称及性别四纬度分析,除性别纬度在职业认同方面无显著差异外,其他各纬度在职业认同与职业卷入方面均有显著性差异,并呈现“U”形关联性:拥有本科学历、中级职称、处于职业整合期的中小学教师处于职业认同与职业卷入的最低点。
