采用砂培法对不同pH值条件下生长的烤烟根系活力及烤后烟叶中的化学成分进行了研究。实验结果表明:在pH值5.5~8.0范围内,随着pH值的逐渐升高,整个生育期的根系总吸收面积(TAAR),旺长前期、旺长后期和成熟期的根系活跃吸收面积(AAAR)和活跃吸收面积百分数(PAAR)均有随pH值升高而增加的趋势。不同生长时期根系ATP的含量以pH7.0左右最高。pH值对不同生长时期根系的呼吸速率也有比较明显的影响。pH为8.5时各生长期烤烟根系活力较低,烤后烟叶中总氮、还原糖及蛋白质含量偏高。在pH5.5~8.0范围内,随pH值逐渐升高,烤后烟叶中的钾、钙、镁及总灰分含量呈增加趋势,但总氮、蛋白质、铜、锌、锰、氯等含量则随pH值的升高而降低。烤后烟叶中的烟碱含量以pH6.0~7.0最高。在pH6.5~7.5范围内还原糖含量适中。
Sand culture was used to study the root activity of flue-cured tobacco grown under different pH values and the chemical composition of the cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that the active root absorption area (TAAR), the early vigor, the late vigor and the maturity of the root during the whole growing period increased AAAR) and active absorption area percentage (PAAR) both increased with the increase of pH. The root ATP content in different growth stages was the highest at about pH7.0. The pH also had a significant effect on the respiration rate of roots at different growth stages. When the pH was 8.5, the root activity of flue-cured tobacco at each growth stage was low, and the contents of total nitrogen, reducing sugar and protein were high after roasting. In the range of pH5.5 ~ 8.0, the content of potassium, calcium, magnesium and total ash in the leaves increased with the increase of pH, but the contents of total nitrogen, protein, copper, zinc, manganese and chlorine increased Decreased with increasing pH. The content of nicotine in the roasted leaves was the highest at pH 6.0-7.0. In the pH range of 6.5 ~ 7.5 reducing sugar content is moderate.
