入炉原料质量稳定是高炉冶炼指标改善的基础,烧结原料混匀有利于改善烧结矿质量。通过对大型料场稳定混匀矿质量技术研究,结合京唐混匀矿原料及料场设备实际情况,将现场工艺限制条件转化为计算机语言,建立数学模型,引进智能算法对模型求解。将混匀矿“等SiO_2”堆积提升为“等SiO_2等TFe”堆积,建立了混匀矿智能优化配料系统,提高了混匀矿指标,烧结矿的质量和稳定性明显改善。
Stable quality of raw materials into the furnace is the basis for the improvement of blast furnace smelting index, which helps to improve the quality of sinter. Through the research on the technology of stabilizing the mixing quality of large-scale yard and combining the actual conditions of raw materials and yard equipment in Jing Tang, the limitation of the scene craft is transformed into the computer language, the mathematical model is established and the intelligent algorithm is introduced to solve the model.
