新的课程改革的出现,使得我国的体育教学成为了当前教学的重点内容,从以往体育教学的经验来看,其教学效率的高低在很大程度上都手教师专业素质高低的影响。但是,受传统观念影响,体育教师的专业素质普遍不高,导致体育教学效率低,教学任务无法顺利完成。因此,本文以新的课程标准改革中提出的体育教学目标为依据,对当前我国体育教师在专业素质方面存在的确实进行简单介绍,并研究如何重新构造体育教师专业素质。 The emergence of the new curriculum reform has made our country’s physical education become the focus of current teaching. Judging from the experience of physical education in the past, the teaching efficiency of the new curriculum reform is to a large extent influenced by the professional quality of teachers. However, influenced by the traditional concepts, the professional quality of PE teachers is generally not high, resulting in inefficient PE teaching and teaching tasks that can not be successfully completed. Therefore, based on the goal of PE teaching proposed in the new course standard reform, this article does a brief introduction to the current professional quality of physical education teachers in our country and studies how to reform the professional quality of PE teachers.
