本文通过时乡镇矿业在市场经济中面临的困境以及人才开发利用现状进行分析和探索，指出乡镇矿业要发展，人才是关键，并就人才开发找出了五点建议。
This article analyzes and explores the predicament faced by township mines in the market economy and the status quo of talent development and utilization. It points out that to develop township mines, talents are the key points and five suggestions are made on talent development.
