对外汉语学生职业能力的培养是一项系统工程,其中的重要环节之一便是学生的专业实践。校内实践“一对一助练”模式能够最大限度地利用现有教育教学资源为学生搭建实践平台,提高其专业能力。这一模式有着较强的针对性、灵活性、个性化特征,对参与助练的学生提出了更高的要求。指导教师应该根据助练主体和客体的具体特征,进行适时、适度、适量地指导,从而实现校内实践的充分性和有效性,使专业学生和汉语学习者都能够从中受益。
The cultivation of vocational skills of students of Chinese as a foreign language is a systematic project, one of the important aspects of which is the professional practice of students. In-school practice “one-to-one training ” model to maximize the use of existing educational resources for students to build a practical platform to enhance their professional ability. This model has a strong pertinence, flexibility, personalized features, to participate in training students put forward higher requirements. The instructor should give timely, moderate and appropriate guidance according to the specific characteristics of the subject and the object, so as to realize the adequacy and effectiveness of the practice in the school so that both the professional students and the Chinese learners can benefit from it.
