本文利用判断抽样法,在重庆市北碚区东阳镇选取了较贫困的三个村的60户参合农户的受益状况进行了调查分析,并运用Probit模型,实证检验了参合农户的报销状况的影响因素。调查发现:只有较少农户报销过,其中,住院费用报销的比例大于门诊费用报销。实证结果表明:参合农民家庭的年均医药支出、年收入对参合农户在新农村合作医疗定点医疗机构治疗报销状况具有显著影响。
In this paper, we use the judgment sampling method to investigate the benefit status of 60 households participating in the poorer three villages in Dongyang Town, Beibei District, Chongqing City. Probit model is used to empirically test the influencing factors . The survey found that: only a small number of farmers reimbursement, of which the proportion of hospital reimbursement greater than out-patient expenses reimbursement. The empirical results show that the average annual medical expenses and annual income of the participating peasant families have a significant impact on the reimbursement status of participating peasants in the treatment and reimbursement of fixed-point medical institutions in the new rural cooperative medical system.
