Recently, a list of recruiting companies aroused heated discussion. The list shows that candidates who enter the positions of securities analysts and other job interviews are graduates from overseas elite universities such as Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For example, Wuhan University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, etc. Eligible graduate students can only apply for tellers, clerks and other such lower-level positions. This one-sided phenomenon toward the “turtle” has existed for a long time, making it unfair for many university students to address him. He believes that such preference should be stopped. Not all jobs require overseas experience.
