法律职业伦理是一个合格的法律人所应具备的特质,法律职业伦理教育应该成为法学教育的重要环节。诊所法律教育作为一种实践性法学教育模式,在法律职业伦理教育上有着其独特的机理,大力开展法律诊所教育既是加强法律职业伦理教育的有效路径也是一条救赎之道。教育可以塑造人,诊所教育有利于法律职业伦理的形成,而法律职业伦理一经形成便具有相对稳定性;诊所法律教育可以激发学生的同情心和公益心,有利于学生道德情操的培养;诊所教育实践可以使人之心灵得到升华。法律诊所教育应坚持能力教育与伦理教育并重,建立德才兼备的诊所师资和科学合理的评价体系。
