通过对向日葵菌核病的生物学特性研究认为 ,向日葵菌核病是由核盘菌属侵染所致的病害。核盘菌菌丝生长的最适温度范围在 2 0~ 2 8℃ ,最适 pH 4~ 7,最佳碳源、氮源分别为甘露糖及天门冬酰胺 ,菌丝生长对缺Cu、Fe最为敏感 ,菌丝在PDA、PSA等天然、半天然培养基上生长旺盛而均匀。菌核萌发形成子囊盘需要适宜的温度、光照及湿度 ,紫外线照射能刺激菌核萌发。子囊孢子在 2 %葡萄糖溶液中更易萌发 ,孢子萌发以两端或一端萌发 ,萌发的最适温度范围在 1 5~ 2 5℃ ,子囊孢子萌发的最佳碳源为麦芽糖、葡萄糖
Through the biological characteristics of Sunflower sclerotinia studies believe that Sunflower sclerotinia is a disease caused by the infection of Sclerotinia. The optimal temperature range for mycelium growth was 20 ~ 28 ℃ and the optimum pH was 4 ~ 7. The optimum carbon source and nitrogen source were mannose and asparagine respectively. Most sensitive, mycelium in PDA, PSA and other natural, semi-natural medium strong and uniform growth. The formation of sclerotia aspergillosis need appropriate temperature, light and humidity, ultraviolet radiation can stimulate the germination of sclerotia. Ascospores are more easily germinated in 2% glucose solution. Germination of the spores takes place at both ends or at one end. The optimal temperature range for germination is 15-25 ℃.
