县级党校是加强和改进县级党建工作的阵地和载体,对于加强基层党的建设、基层党员干部的理想信念教育和思想理论建设都具有重要的促进和保障作用。因此,加大对县级党校的经费投入,增强基础设施和设备的建设,改善师资队伍结构,优化办学条件,对于提高办学吸引力和提升党校形象,都具有十分重要的现实意义。
