高寒山区蔬菜种植技术与低海拔地区有很大差别,现将笔者总结的生产中的主要经验介绍如下。一、适宜高寒山区蔬菜生产的有利条件1.优良的气候条件空气、土壤和水无污染,纯天然;夏季凉爽、昼夜温差大、降雨量较多,有利于蔬菜生长和营养物质积累,蔬菜品质较好,所生产的产品达到无公害、绿色蔬菜的标准,具备发展优质蔬菜的条件。2.充足的肥水条件高寒山区农家肥肥源充足,化肥、农药使用少,蔬菜商品性好,营养丰富,无污染,且食用口感好,深受消费者喜爱。
