党的十七届四中全会集中研究了党的建设问题,作出了《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》,在这个《决定》的第三部分专门强调和论述了建设马克思主义学习型政党问题。对这个问题进行如此全面、集中、系统的论述,在中央文件中还是第一次。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party has focused on the issue of party building and made the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Strengthening and Improving the Party Building under the New Situation. The third part of this “Decision” specifically emphasizes Discusses the issue of building a Marxist learning party. This comprehensive, centralized and systematic discussion on this issue is the first one in the Central Document.
