目的:探究波形蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及其与肺癌浸润转移的相关性。方法:收集2012年6月-2014年6月我院手术切除的NSCLC癌组织标本150例及癌旁正常组织(距肿瘤>5 cm)79例,提取两组的RNA,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测波形蛋白m RNA表达水平,免疫组化法检测波形蛋白的蛋白表达,分析波形蛋白表达水平与淋巴结转移、TNM分期的相关性。结果:波形蛋白m RNA在NSCLC癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。NSCLC癌组织中波形蛋白m RNA表达水平的上调与淋巴结转移及TNM分期(P<0.05)相关。结论:波形蛋白在NSCLC患者中表达异常升高,与NSCLC的发生和浸润转移密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vimentin in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and its correlation with invasion and metastasis of lung cancer. Methods: A total of 150 NSCLC specimens from our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were collected, and 79 normal tissues (> 5 cm away from the tumor) were collected from our hospital. RNA was extracted from both groups. Real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase The mRNA expression of vimentin was detected by RT-PCR, the protein expression of vimentin was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the correlation between the expression of vimentin and lymph node metastasis and TNM staging was analyzed. Results: The expression of vimentin m RNA in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues (P <0.05). The up-regulation of vimentin m RNA expression in NSCLC was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage (P <0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of vimentin in NSCLC patients is closely related to the occurrence and invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
