一、前言万州区是重庆第二大城市,水陆交通便捷,生态环境优良,古红桔种植历史悠久,产量颇丰。但近年来古红桔价格低廉制约着古红桔产业的发展,如何化生态优势为产业经济优势是当地面临的一大难题。为突破此种困境,万州准备加快发展休闲农业与乡村旅游,促进古红桔产业的提质升级,帮助百姓增收致富。为此,湖南省现代休闲农业研究院段志军院长一行应邀于2012年12月6日—8日前往当地进行了实地考察调研。
I. Preface Wanzhou District is the second largest city in Chongqing with convenient water and land transportation and excellent ecological environment. The ancient citrus cultivation has a long history and abundant output. However, in recent years, the low price of ancient tangerine restricts the development of the ancient tangerine industry, and how to take the ecological advantages as the economic advantages of the industry is a major challenge for the local community. To break through this predicament, Wanzhou is ready to speed up the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism, promote the improvement and upgrading of the ancient citrus industry and help the people increase their incomes. To this end, the Hunan Provincial Institute of Modern Leisure Agriculture and Duan Zhijun, president of his party were invited to December 6, 2012 to 8, conducted a field visit to local research.
