根据近年来国内外关于转基因鱼的呼吸、摄食及游泳能力的调查和研究资料,本文对生长激素基因对受体鱼的影响进行了较详尽的阐述。生长激素基因显著增加了受体鱼的生长速度,但同时会引起部分种类的受体鱼出现呼吸面积增大、摄食量增加、摄食代谢增强、游泳能力减弱等生理特性。进一步需构建与自然系统类似的环境深入研究转基因鱼的生态适应性、为其最终进入商品市场做准备。
According to the investigation and research data on the respiration, feeding and swimming ability of transgenic fish at home and abroad in recent years, the effects of growth hormone gene on the recipient fish are described in detail. Growth hormone gene significantly increased the growth rate of recipient fish, but at the same time, some species of recipient fish caused respiratory physiology such as increased respiratory area, increased food intake, increased food metabolism and weakened swimming ability. Further need to build a similar environment with the natural system to study the ecological adaptability of transgenic fish in preparation for its final entry into the commodity market.
