我们发展生产,进行经济建设的根本目的,就是为了最大限度地满足人民不断增长的物质和文化生活的需要。因工伤亡事故的发生,是与这一根本目的相违背的,也是道义和法律不容许的。不仅如此,由于因工伤亡事故是在企业的生产、经营活动中出现的,因此我们还应当从经济损失的角度去分析和认识它.它与企业其它活动一样,是生产管理中必须考虑的内容。通过伤亡事故所带来的经济损失的计算,必将有助于我们去定量地认识因工伤亡事故的严重程度,有力地促进事故管理技术的发展,改善企业的安全生
The fundamental purpose of our economic development and production is to meet the needs of the people’s growing material and cultural life to the maximum. The occurrence of a work-related injury or death is contrary to this fundamental purpose and is also morally and legally unacceptable. Not only that, as a result of work-related accidents occurred in the production and business activities of enterprises, we should also analyze and recognize it from the point of view of economic loss.It should be considered in production management, like other activities in enterprises . The calculation of the economic losses caused by casualties will surely help us to know quantitatively the seriousness of accidents caused by work-related injuries and effectively promote the development of accident management techniques and improve the safety of enterprises
