非金属异物外伤后,往往遗留一长期不愈窦道,应用抗生素后窦道可暂时愈合,当机体抵抗力下降时,异物所在部位肿胀、破溃、流脓形成新的窦道,病程一般在几个月至几年。在肌层可伴有张口困难或局部炎性肿块形成。但鱼刺并发慢性骨髓炎在临床实属罕见。现将我科收治1例报道如下: Non-metallic foreign body trauma, often leaving a long-term unnumerous sinus, the sinus can be temporarily cured after application of antibiotics, when the body resistance decreased, the site of foreign body swelling, ulceration, pus to form a new sinus, the general course of the disease A few months to a few years.
