本文用D.C.C法和荧光组化法测定31例子宫内膜腺癌和用组化法测定20例正常内膜的ER和PR,结果显示:内膜癌细胞浆含有ER和PR,Kd ER=8.065×10~(-10)M,KdqR=5.06×10~(-10)M。ER和PR与组织学分级差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中ERⅠ级与Ⅲ级有显著性差异(P<0.05),PR Ⅰ级和Ⅲ级以及Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级均有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。D.C.C法与组化法在测定正常子宫内膜时,两法测定ER和PR的总符合率分别为73%和64.2%。内膜癌中ER和PR呈正相关关系(r=0.352,P<0.05)。用荧光组化法检测12例增殖期内膜和8例分泌期内膜,从数值来看,增殖期内膜ER和PR阳性率较高,ER和PR与内膜癌的临床分期关系不大(P>0.05)。
In this paper, 31 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma were detected by DCC and fluorescence histochemistry, and 20 cases of normal endometrial ER and PR were detected by histochemical staining. The results showed that the endometrial cancer cells contained ER and PR, Kd ER = 8.065 × 10 ~ (-10) M, KdqR = 5.06 × 10 ~ (-10) M. ER and PR were significantly different from histological grade (P <0.05, P <0.01), and there was significant difference between ERⅠand Ⅲ (P <0.05), PRⅠand Ⅲ, as well as Ⅱ and Ⅲ There was significant (P <0.01, P <0.05). D.C.C method and histochemistry in the determination of normal endometrium, the two methods to determine the total coincidence rate of ER and PR were 73% and 64.2%. There was a positive correlation between ER and PR in endometrial carcinoma (r = 0.352, P <0.05). Fluorescence staining was used to detect the proliferative endometrium in 12 cases and the secretory endometrium in 8 cases. According to the numerical results, the positive rates of endometrial ER and PR in proliferative phase were higher than those in endometrial carcinoma (P> 0.05).
