硒化卡拉胶是一种含硒的有机化合物,由中国科学院生态环境研究所研制而成。硒作为一种微量元素有多种生理作用;而其药理作用主要表现为预防肿瘤和抗炎作用。其对免疫系统的作用虽有一些报道,但尚无统一意见。作者选用正常鼠和免疫抑制鼠,观察该药对小鼠HC_(50)和T细胞亚群的影响,探讨其免疫药理作用。
Selenized carrageenan is a selenium-containing organic compound developed by the Institute of Ecological Environment of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Selenium as a trace element has a variety of physiological effects; and its pharmacological effects are mainly manifested as the prevention of tumor and anti-inflammatory effects. Although there are some reports on the role of the immune system, there is no consensus. The authors used normal mice and immunosuppressed mice to observe the effect of the drug on mouse HC_(50) and T cell subsets, and to explore its immunopharmacological effects.
