在很长一段时间内,初中语文作文存在这样一个怪现象:学生写出来的作文千篇一律、毫无个性可言。对广大师生来说,提倡个性化作文的出现是每一个中小学语文教师在写作教学过程中所应该努力的方向。教师应做到通过写作来发掘学生的个性并培养学生的个性,使每个学生写出来的作文都各有特色,不再千篇一律。通过培养学生个性化写作可以很好地运用学生的想象力、提高思维创新能力,同时也提高了对写作的兴趣,最终达到教学目标。对于初中语文个性问
