自主创新与实现经济发展方式转变是党的十七大报告中关于实现经济又好又快发展的两大重点主题。自主创新是实现经济发展方式转变的必由之路,实现经济发展方式的转变必须依托自主创新,从而最终实现经济又好又快发展。自主创新是实现经济发展方式转变的关键环节,构建以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的自主创新体系是实现经济发展方式转变的必由之路。
Independent innovation and the transformation of the mode of economic development are the two major themes of realizing the sound and rapid economic development in the report to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Independent innovation is the only way to realize the transformation of the economic development mode. To achieve the transformation of the economic development mode, we must rely on independent innovation so as to achieve sound and rapid economic development finally. Independent innovation is the key to achieving the transformation of the mode of economic development. Building an independent innovation system with enterprises as the main body, market orientation, industry, academia and research is the only way to realize the transformation of the economic development mode.
